Injectable gel is for injection into the lips for lip augmentation and correction of perioral lines, and for injection into the undereye hollows to improve the appearance of undereye hollows.

JUVÉDERM® VOLBELLA® XC injectable gel is intended for use on individuals over the age of 21, lasting up to a year with the best care, to enhance the lips and treat perioral lines (lines around the mouth), often known as lipstick lines, vertical lip lines, or lip wrinkles. An ultra-fine needle is used to inject a crystal-clear gel into and around the lips directly in order to temporarily plump the lips for lip augmentation and to minimize the look of wrinkles around the mouth. By lessening pain sensitivity, the lidocaine gel enhances injection comfort.
